COLLABORATION AND KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT

  • Work closely with engineering and product teams on a weekly basis to support improvements in tools and customer outputs.
  • Assist in updating internal documentation, including descriptions for keywords, rulesets, and sensor links.
  • Participate in daily standups with the ADAS team to problem-solve issues related to core logic and sensor updates.
  • Support proactive and reactive ADAS projects focused on platform expansion, accuracy, and innovation.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in ADAS, automotive repair, collision industry, or related technical fields.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data quality.
  • Basic understanding of ADAS technologies, sensors, and OEM vehicle systems.
  • Ability to interpret OEM repair procedures and documentation.
  • Experience with customer support or technical support workflows is a plus.
  • Familiarity with collision repair estimating systems (CCC, Audatex, Mitchell).
  • Basic knowledge of Jira, Asana, or similar project management tools.
  • Automotive certification (I-CAR, ASE) a plus.
