Summary of Position ADC Attendant is responsible for accepting, pre-sorting and loading donated goods at various Attended Donation Centers while providing exceptional customer service to our Donors. Role and Responsibilities * Open and close the store location and ensures all doors, money and credit card receipts are secured. * Provide excellent customer service to Donors Accept, presort and place donations in proper containers. * Maintains stock in store by removing books from shelves as needed *applicable stores only. * Maintain a clean and safe work environment. * Accurately record the donations on the donation count list. * Accurately complete store report and report sales daily. * Verifies accuracy of the truck/trailer seals on doors and equipment manifest. * Other duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibility This position does not have supervisory responsibilities. Required Skills & Qualifications * Proficiency in English and basic math skills. * Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. * Hands on experience with POS transactions. Physical Requirements * Ability to work in both a climate and non-climate-controlled facility. * Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times. * While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to walk; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, and talk or hear. * The ability to cope with and tolerate moderate levels of stress is also a necessity. Key duties also involve maintaining stock, ensuring a clean work environment, and accurately recording donations and sales reports.
