In this role, you will see yourself responsible for providing administrative support to the Ashburton maintenance team, as well as being the initial point of contact and information for both internal and external clients. In addition to the above you will: Be the “RAMM champion” for the contract. Assist with end of month processes, such as financial claims, reconciliations, monthly cost fluctuations and associated reporting. Be the first point of contact for Customer Service Requests, Emergency Services, Contractors and the general public to assist with emergency events. Good Work equals Good Benefits Medical insurance. We’re looking for someone with: Previous experience in an administration role or similar. Experience using RAMM AWM Software is preferred. Excellent computer skills and a high attention to detail. Excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment. Proven experience in customer service or a related field, with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer support. A personable approach to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. An understanding of ADC maintenance contract requirements, technical standards, systems and processes is advantageous but not essential. Previous experience carrying out network inspections is advantageous.
