Per la sede di Trento ricerchiamo un/una addetto/a assistenza clienti da inserire nel team operativo del canale all'ingrosso; si tratta di ruolo con avvio rapido e inserimento previsto a breve. La risorsa gestirà contatti telefonici e via e-mail, prenderà in carico ordini e richieste di informazioni, coordinerà i resi con il magazzino e aggiornerà anagrafiche clienti e stato ordini sul gestionale interno. Requisiti: * diploma di scuola superiore * ottime capacità comunicative e orientamento al cliente * uso quotidiano del pc e conoscenza degli strumenti office * esperienza anche breve nel customer service o vendita B2B Offerta e benefit: * contratto a tempo determinato, inserimento previsto entro 3-4 settimane * orario full-time * Buoni pasto * formazione continua e affiancamento operativo Sede di lavoro: Trento
