We are hiring an Addiction Counselor who will evaluate and aid individuals dealing with substance use disorders. The Addiction Counselor will develop personalized treatment plans, conduct therapeutic sessions, and collaborate with a dedicated team to support clients on their journey to recovery. Job Qualifications: Provide clinical assessments, problem identification, need for medical necessity (DSM 5 criteria/justification), evidence-based treatment modality, crisis intervention, individual/family/group therapy or other activities, case management, advocacy, and outreach/prevention and intervention. For assigned caseload, shall develop and monitor treatment plans, monitor treatment progress, document significant interactions, and maintain clinical charts and other reporting data Maintain confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA requirements at all times. Coordinate comprehensive treatment—internally and externally—with high quality, holistic care as the expected outcome.
