Position #: 157893 Expected Start Date: May 25, 2026 Union: HSAS Facility: Community Services-101 15th Street East PA City/Town: Prince Albert Department: Addiction Services Community Clinics&Programs Type: Full-time regular FTE: 1 Number of Hours per Rotation: 224 hours per 6 weeks Relief: No Float: No Hours of Work: Field Hours Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Addictions Counsellor - Diploma Senior $31.953 to $39.072 Travel Required: Yes Job Description: As a member of the Integrated Outreach Team and Under the general direction of the Manager of Addiction and Integrated Outreach Services and the Clinical Supervisor of Integrated Outreach, the primary goal will be to restore, maintain and enhance the recovery of people seeking general services for addiction and mental health by implementing services consistent with the current Provincial Clinical Models for Mental Health and Addition Services and the philosophy, objectives and standards set by the Integrated Outreach Team. Responsibilities will include providing informational programming through individual and group counseling sessions to clients in the community and office setting. This position will be expected to assess individual and group needs and implement plans to help clients reach their goals. This position is designated field hours as per the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement "Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement" Human Resources Exemption: No Experience * A minimum of two years of supervised addictions experience.
