Additional Learning Needs Teaching Assistants needed - various roles in Cardiff Start Date: ASAP Pay Rate: 13.68 per hour Location: Cardiff Schools & Colleges Contract: Flexible, Long-Term & Temp-to-Perm Opportunities Available Empowering Learning is currently recruiting dedicated and compassionate Additional Learning Needs (ALN) Teaching Assistants to support pupils across a range of Cardiff Schools and Colleges. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of learners with additional needs. As an ALN Teaching Assistant, you will: Support pupils with a variety of additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, speech and language needs, behavioural challenges, and learning difficulties. Work 1:1 or with small groups to help pupils access learning and achieve their goals. Assist the class teacher with planning, adapting resources, and implementing personalised learning plans (IEPs). Create a supportive, inclusive, and safe learning environment. Help with classroom routines, pastoral care, and behaviour support strategies.
