JOB SUMMARY

Quickparts seeks an Additive Process Engineering Manager responsible for designing and implementing a global additive maintenance organization. You will work closely with our production and engineering teams to ensure optimal machine performance, quality output, and timely project delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Materials Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience with SLA, SLS and DMP additive manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with CAD software and 3D modeling is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Willingness to travel maintenance, training or support as required.
  • Specific experience understanding 3D Systems equipment preferred.
  • Fluent in English. Another European language is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Optimize and enhance additive manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with R&D teams to test and refine new materials, printing techniques, and deposition methods.
  • Develop and implement global best practices to maintain consistency across manufacturing sites.
  • Partner with product development, engineering, and supply chain teams to seamlessly integrate additive manufacturing into production workflows.
  • Ensure all additive manufacturing processes comply with global quality and safety standards.
  • Design and implement global additive maintenance organization and best practices.
  • Train and support other team members on all Quickparts 3D printing technologies.
  • Assist in the setup and calibration of printers for new projects.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
