• Salary – $70,000 – $110,000+ monthly performance awards
• Set hours 7.30am – 3.30pm – Roberston Barracks location

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:

ADF & Acumen Health is seeking passionate and driven Rehabilitation Consultant to deliver client-focused services that support recovery and facilitate return-to-work outcomes. You’ll work alongside multidisciplinary teams, employers, insurers, and workers to shape clinically guided strategies for rehabilitation and life reintegration.

• Conduct holistic clinical assessments to determine worker/employer needs
• Develop and implement evidence-based recovery-at-work plans
• Collaborate with stakeholders to endorse and review rehabilitation goals
• Deliver specialist services including ADLs, vocational, FCE & ergonomic assessments
• Support clients in both compensation and non-compensation pathways
• Maintain high-quality reporting in line with SLAs and company policies
• Empower clients to become active participants in their rehabilitation journey
