Vous aurez un rôle clé dans le soutien aux opérations. Ce poste polyvalent combine des responsabilités de soutien direct aux activités de souscription ainsi que des fonctions administratives liées à la gestion quotidienne de notre bureau de St-Lambert.

If you want to play a key role in transforming the legal sector within a growing company, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team.
You will play a key role in supporting operations. This versatile position combines direct support responsibilities for underwriting activities as well as administrative tasks related to the daily management of our St-Lambert office.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a functional, clean, and welcoming work environment.
  • Coordinate daily administrative activities: mail management, supply procurement, and logistical organization of meetings and internal events.
  • Welcome and guide visitors and new employees, fostering a professional and friendly experience.
  • Manage follow-up on external service contracts (cleaning, minor repairs, etc.) to ensure operational continuity.
  • Independently handle renewals, modifications, and issuance of policies, as well as their transmission to insured clients.
  • Collect, validate, and ensure the quality of data necessary for risk assessment by clarifying incomplete files with brokers.
  • Respond to brokers’ routine inquiries and redirect more complex cases.
  • Perform financial follow-ups, including managing unpaid premiums, producing monthly reports, and recording deposits in internal systems (GP, CRM).
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and participate in system testing to optimize underwriting processes.
