BILINGUAL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT – JOIN OUR GROWING TEAM!
Are you a proactive, detail-oriented professional fluent in both French and English? We’re looking for a Bilingual Administrative Assistant to support our growing team and contribute to our success!
This position will be on-site in our Montreal office and is available as a full-time or part-time opportunity.
What You’ll Do:
- Create & Perfect: Prepare, format, proofread, and enhance correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Translate with Precision: Translate documents from English to French and French to English while maintaining accuracy and clarity.
- Drive Proposals: Research, draft, and submit RFPs/RFQs, ensuring seamless coordination.
- Manage Projects: Initiate and maintain projects in our ERP system, track budgets, and oversee contract details.
- Support Operations: Assist in project management, track deliverables, and analyze key data.
- Strengthen Branding: Ensure consistency in branding, policies, and procedures across all materials.
- Enhance Marketing Efforts: Contribute to the development of compelling marketing materials.
- Be the Liaison: Communicate effectively with internal and external contacts, responding promptly to inquiries.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the administrative team to provide firm-wide support and vacation coverage.
- Tackle Special Projects: Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support our evolving needs.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Bilingual Excellence: Fluent in both English and French, with strong communication skills.
- Tech-Savvy & Adaptable: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and a quick learner of new systems.
- Financial Acumen: Basic knowledge of accounting principles is a plus.
- Experienced & Resourceful: At least 5 years of administrative experience, ideally in a consulting or professional services setting.
- Detail-Oriented & Proactive: A self-starter who anticipates needs and finds solutions.
- Professional & Discreet: Able to handle sensitive information with sound judgment.
- Team Player with Independence: Works well both collaboratively and autonomously.
