This is also an academic site with a regular rotation of medical students, allowing for teaching opportunities. There are seven daily physician shifts staffed by 11 FT physicians primarily staffed at AHP, 5 PT physicians splitting their full-time clinical complement within the OHSU Community ED System, and 4 PT physicians that are primarily staffed in the Marquam Hill ED. There are three daily Advanced Practice (NP/PA) shifts staffed by 7 FT providers. The APPs and physicians provide 86 hours of daily coverage.
