The Center for Data & Society at Chestnut Hill College in Philadelphia, PA, invites applications for an Adjunct Professor position beginning Fall 2026. Courses Available (Fall 2026): * Applied Operating Systems * Management Information Systems (2 sections) * Database Security Courses are delivered on campus and meet twice weekly for 75 minutes. Specific meeting times are to be determined. Additional teaching opportunities may be available in Spring 2027 and future semesters across related subject areas. Qualifications * Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a closely related field * Prior college-level teaching experience preferred * Evidence of ongoing professional development * Strong problem-solving, written, and oral communication skills * Experience using a learning management system, preferably Canvas About Chestnut Hill College Founded by the Sisters of Saint Joseph in 1924, Chestnut Hill College is an independent, Catholic institution rooted in a strong liberal arts tradition that fosters equality through holistic education. Students take a variety of courses that introduce them to programming concepts, data structures, computer algorithms, computer architecture, networking, and cybersecurity.
