A terminal degree in a business- or management-related discipline that included general management, organizational behavior, industrial-organizational psychology, or leadership from an accredited higher educational institution. Prior teaching experience in Organizational Behavior in a university setting is desirable. Prior teaching experience in Organizational Behavior in a university setting is desirable. Adjunct faculty are assigned and teach one to three courses per semester on-site on a need basis. Graduate courses are nine week long. Graduate level courses typically meet one evening per week for nine weeks from 5:30pm-9:30pm. Prior teaching experience in Organizational Behavior in a university setting is desirable.
