Responsibilities

The School of Engineering and Computational Sciences at Merrimack College is seeking applicants for positions of Adjunct Lecturers in Electrical Engineering for the Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 and future semesters. Applications in all areas of electrical engineering are welcome, but applicants in the areas of Discrete Time Signals & Systems, Embedded Microcontrollers, Wireless Communication, and Power Systems are particularly desired.
During Fall and Spring semesters, most of our courses are taught during the day, some courses can be scheduled as evening offerings to accommodate working professionals teaching as adjunct faculty members.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Ph.D. candidate or post-doctoral researcher seeking teaching experience, an industry professional who wants to stay current in the field, or a retired/recently retired engineer with expertise in these topics. We can provide teaching materials and mentoring for first-time instructors.
