CCAMT’s Faculty of Management & Technology is seeking a dynamic and experienced Adjunct Lecturer to join our forward-thinking team. This part-time position offers the opportunity to shape the future of business and digital commerce by delivering high-quality instruction in our Business Administration and Digital Entrepreneurship programs.
About Us: Founded in 2013, CCAMT has grown to a comprehensive higher education institution offering courses across the arts, management, and technology. In 2020, we expanded our curriculum to reflect our diverse academic offerings and rebranded to our current name. We are partnered with UK’s University of Sunderland, and US Rochester Institute of Technology.

OUR PROGRAMS:

We offer various programs, including:

  • Certificate in Foundation Studies
  • Diplomas and Advanced Diplomas in Arts Management, Business Administration, Dance, Design, Digital Design, Digital Entrepreneurship and eCommerce Management, Musical Theatre, Music Performance, and Visual Arts
  • Advanced Diplomas in Visual Arts (Photography and Digital Media), Communication Design Application
  • Bachelor of Arts - Animation and Games Art, Graphic Design, Fine Art; Photography, Video and Digital Imaging
  • Master of Arts Education, Master of Arts Design, Master of Arts Visual Practice

Institution: Capital College of the Arts, Management and Technology (CCAMT)
Reporting to: Dean of the Faculty of Management & Technology, or Chief Academic Officer
Reason for Reporting Structure: Direct reporting to the Program Coordinator of Management & Technology or Chief Academic Officer ensures proper academic oversight of business and entrepreneurship instruction, maintains quality standards required by our University of Sunderland partnership, and provides strategic alignment with the college’s management and technology program objectives.
Salary Range: The teaching fee will be determined based on the candidate’s level of academic qualification and teaching experience. We are seeking candidates with demonstrated expertise to teach in the following programs:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Entrepreneurship, Digital Commerce, or a related field;
  2. Minimum 3-5 years of professional working experience in business, management, entrepreneurship, or digital commerce within their respective industry.
  3. Minimum 1-2 years of demonstrated teaching experience in higher education, with evidence of effective instruction at the diploma level or above in Business, Management, or related disciplines.
  4. Proven ability to develop and deliver engaging course materials that promote active student engagement in business contexts.
  5. Experience in mentoring and supporting emerging entrepreneurs and business professionals.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated business acumen.
  7. Ability to work collaboratively with program coordinators and academic supervisors in a team-oriented educational environment.

Responsibilities
  1. Deliver engaging instruction in assigned modules based on your area of expertise and specialization within business administration, digital entrepreneurship, financial management, marketing, leadership, or technology integration.
  2. Implement innovative instructional materials and assessments aligned with industry standards and program objectives for your designated courses.
  3. Guide students through sophisticated assessment formats including case study analyses, business plans, financial analyses, and project supervision as applicable to your assigned modules.
  4. Supervise capstone project students (where applicable) through all stages from concept development to final presentation, providing individual mentoring and guidance.
  5. Foster an inclusive learning environment that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion in business contexts.
  6. Collaborate with faculty and industry partners to enhance curriculum and program quality within your area of specialization.
  7. Engage in continuous professional development and contribute to program improvement efforts.
  8. Integrate real-world business applications and current industry trends into your assigned coursework.
