If there is not a specific vacancy in your area of interest at this time, your information will be available to the Division Administrators for possible future consideration.   CLASSIFICATION: Part-Time, on a semester basis   FLSA STATUS: Exempt, Hourly   COMPENSATION: 2026/2027 of Academic Year Master's degree rate = $657 – $1,104 per contact hour Contact hours range between 2 and 4, depending on the course offered.      Apply online through the “Apply” link listed below.  Please fax unofficial copies of college transcripts from ALL institutions attended to 810-989-5577 or e-mail to hr@sc4.edu.    ________________________________________   JOB SUMMARY: Design and deliver instruction to students.   RESPONSIBILITIES: * Teaching assignments may include Introduction to Philosophy, Philosophy of Religion, and Logic. * Teaching assignments may include day, evening, weekend, and/or online courses. * Teaching responsibilities include teaching, maintaining scheduled office hours, and advising students. * Participation in developing and improving academic courses. * Prepare and deliver academic instruction, including developing syllabi, developing content, and designing assessments. * Maintain and submit necessary class records, including early alert and final grade reports and attendance verification for financial aid compliance. * Participate in student grade appeal procedures. * Observe the college calendar. * Post and maintain office hours. * Participate in assessment of student learning according to the assessment plan.
