Job requirements: -Verifiable last level of study, PhD. -Able to organize and deliver assigned courses to promote student success while maintaining academic rigor. -Able to review and improve the syllabus of assigned courses. -Be willing to deliver all requested educational materials to the Department of Faculty Management in a timely manner. -Ability to promote and facilitate interaction ensuring collaborative learning. -Ability to motivate and guide students in class and respond to forums in a timely manner. -Assumes responsibility for tracking and assessing student learning, achievement of course objectives and providing feedback. -Assumes responsibility for attending assigned classes by being present 15 minutes prior to the start of class and responding to any questions or needs. -Be willing to attend faculty meetings, official functions and perform other duties as may be required by the administration as appropriate to the instructor position. -Interest in participating in professional development events and reporting progress to the HR Department. -Positive attitude to tutor and mentor students in their office or via video conference when requested. -Willingness to perform additional duties useful to teaching performance.
