The Research Assistant is a part-time (20 hours per week) summer 2025 position with the Crimes against Children Research Center. This person should be data-oriented and will be responsible for helping with research related tasks like data collection, analysis, cleaning, and coding. They may also help with administrative tasks as needed. The Research Assistant reports to Research Associates and Principal Investigators. This person must have prior research experience as well as prior experience writing for academic audiences and creating social media content for the center’s page.

Research (50%)

• Data collection via email and/or phone as needed.
• Data cleaning in Stata and Excel

Administrative tasks (50%)

• Formatting publications
• Helping format citations in EndNote
• Creating social media content
