DESCRIPTION

Davies Group, Loss Adjusting division is looking to recruit a Loss Adjuster Technician to join our growing team. In this position, you will play a vital role in the management of Adjuster led claims, providing support to the Adjusters, and working actively on claims >£25k. You will need to be a great communicator, dedicated to providing a professional and proactive service for clients, suppliers, and customers. The successful candidate(s) will liaise with a variety of individuals both internally and externally, while managing incoming emails, telephone calls, suppliers, clients and will be required to demonstrate the ability to manage claim processes and dedicated caseloads in the absence of the Adjuster.

KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in property claims management. • Ideally experienced in reviewing scopes or work, identifying errors, and missed items. • Ability add value in claim reserving and reserve movements. • Ability to deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment. • Capable of effective communication
