REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors in commerce & FINANCE or equivalent
  • Preferably Female (Philippines)
  • New to Abu Dhabi is welcomed
  • Proven experience as an accountant
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant accounting
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)
Responsibilities
  • Manage all accounting transactions.
  • Maintain digital and physical financial records.
  • Prepare invoices, process payments, and maintain accurate records of financial transactions
  • Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
  • Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
  • Organizing and maintaining personnel records
  • Updating internal HR databases and Preparing HR documents
  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
  • Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
  • Assist department by providing relevant employee information.
  • Handling attendance, leave salary, final settlement & visa process.
  • Review and Examine contracts.
