We are hiring! Speedy Machine Car Rental is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin / Accountant to join our fast-growing team in Dubai.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Based in Dubai, UAE
• Experience in the car rental industry is a must
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and MS Office (especially Excel)
• Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
• Arabic language is a plus
• Immediate availability is preferred
  Job Type: Full-time
  Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Experience:

• do you have previous experience with car rental ? : 1 year (Preferred)

• Manage daily administrative and accounting tasks
• Handle invoices, payments, and financial records
• Coordinate with the operations team on rental agreements and vehicle handovers
• Prepare monthly reports and maintain accurate records
• Ensure compliance with UAE accounting and tax regulations
• Support customer service and documentation as needed
