JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a versatile Admin & Accounting Specialist who is proficient in both administrative and accounting tasks to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Urdu or Hindi and have a strong background in handling both office administration and financial transactions.
REQUIREMENTS:
✔ Proven experience in admin and accounting roles (minimum 2 years preferred).
✔ Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or similar).
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
✔ Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
✔ Strong communication skills in Urdu or Hindi (English proficiency is a plus).
✔ Knowledge of UAE labor laws and MEP industry experience is an advantage.
✅ Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including handling emails, calls, and documentation.
✅ Maintain and update financial records, invoices, and expense reports.
✅ Process payments, reconciliations, and assist with budgeting.
✅ Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and clients for smooth operations.
✅ Handle HR-related administrative work such as payroll and employee records.
✅ Support management in organizing schedules, meetings, and reports.
✅ Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
