Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Admin cum Accounts Assistant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in daily warehouse inventory tasks, performing general administrative duties, and supporting basic accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in checking, receiving, and recording warehouse stock and deliveries
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock-takes
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments regarding goods movement
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document control
  • Managing day to day bookkeeping:data entry bank reconciliation, journal entries,and accounting schedules
  • Processing accounts payable and Receivable efficiently and accurately.
  • Preparing monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
  • Generate reports for management review
  • Ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma in Accounting, Business, or related fiel
  • At least 1 year of working experience in warehousing, administration, or accounting preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Able to handle multiple roles and work independently
  • Good communication and coordination skills
