Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in visa processing and Basic Accounts, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Proven experience in administrative roles, with a focus on visa processing and accounting.
· Strong knowledge of UAE visa regulations and procedures.
· Proficiency in Basic Accounts.
· Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Responsibilities

1) Visa Management:

  • Process and track visa applications and renewals.
  • Ensure compliance with all visa regulations and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Liaise with immigration authorities and resolve any issues that may arise.

2) Basic Accounts:

  • Assist with basic accounting tasks.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and manage financial documentation.

3) Administrative Support:

  • Organize and maintain files and records.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and scheduling as needed.
  • Assist with day-to-day office management duties.
