  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a reliable and proactive Admin All-Rounder to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a varied position, is highly organised, and enjoys working both behind the scenes and directly with customers. We are located at the beautiful Noosa Marina, so you can enjoy working near the waterfront everyday.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Bookkeeping & Payroll:
  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping using Xero.
  • Process payroll accurately and on time.
  • Perform weekly account and bank reconciliations.
  • Assist our accountant with the preparation of BAS, superannuation, PAYG reporting and other compliance tasks as required.
  • Office Administration:
  • Maintain general office operations and upkeep.
  • Order office and operational supplies as needed.
  • Manage inventory and keep stock levels up to date.
  • Provide admin support to management as required.
  • Customer Service:
  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers with bookings and enquiries.
  • Deliver friendly, professional service to customers both over the phone and in person.
  • Maintain accurate booking records and customer information.
