JOB DESCRIPTION

Provides a high level of administrative support to the finance and sales teams.

Essential Functions

  • Produces documents; collects, records, classifies, and files information; handles mail; and prepares routine reports.
  • Performs a variety of miscellaneous administrative functions, including financial tasks such as invoicing and collections from external clients, as well as reviewing sales documentation such as contracts, purchase orders, good receives, etc.
  • Communicates and supports the sales and finance teams through emails or calls, also generating reports if necessary.

Qualifications

  • Associate Degree or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of administrative or accounting experience, or experience in billing or collections in a company.
  • Knowledge of the following tools: Excel, SAP, PBI (desirable).
