  • Job Overview:
    Candidate will be Responsible for supporting both administrative and accounting functions to ensure smooth office operations and accurate financial management.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1-2 years of experience in admin and accounts

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in accounting or finance role is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work efficiently independently and in a team.

SKILLS:

  • Basic accounting knowledge including bookkeeping, invoicing.
  • Administrative skills such as scheduling, filing, and office management.
  • Strong numerical and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in handling financial documents and records.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as office operations management, scheduling, and documentation.
