Required Skills and Qualifications: • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or related field.• 4+ years of experience in document control and administration, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.• Proficiency in document control software (e.g., Aconex, EDMS, Procore) and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.• Ability to manage confidential information responsibly.• Good communication and coordination abilities• Maintain and organize project records, logs, registers, and contact lists.• Assist with timesheets, leave records, and office supply management.• Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on action items.• Ensure compliance with company and client document control procedures.• Support audits by maintaining clear records of all documentation and correspondence.• Generate reports on document status and submission timelines when requested•Communication with Authorities and expediting the process of obtaining Technical Specifications and Approvals. •Handle general administrative duties such as correspondence, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports    SHAPING A WORLD OF TRUST - WHAT WE VALUE AT BV   We create trust between businesses and we are committed to cultivating an open and inclusive environment wherever we operate and so do our employees.
