Description
Job Purpose: To provide comprehensive technical and administrative facility support for Bahri’s premises, ensuring the reliability of infrastructure, MEP systems and office assets through FM standards and lifecycle management. The role encompasses contract oversight and the delivery of operational services including cleaning, hospitality, and logistics while managing official correspondence and documentation to ensure high-quality standards, safety compliance, and cost-efficiency across all facilities. Key Accountabilities: Strategy & Planning          Participate in the development of the section’s business plans according to the department objectives. Manage the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes, and practices considering leading standards, productivity improvement, and cost reduction. Performance Management            Ensure that all section reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet Bahri’s requirements, policies, and quality standards. People & Leadership        Achieve the assigned objectives through setting individual objectives, managing performance, and developing and motivating staff. Budgeting & financial planning     Recommend the budget required from the section and monitor financial performance versus the budget while ensuring unit activities are conducted in line with the approved guidelines. Policies & Procedures      Ensure the effective implementation of policies, procedures, and controls covering all areas of assigned activities. Operations           Provide comprehensive administrative and technical support services for Bahri’s facilities, ensuring high quality, operational reliability, and timely assistance. Oversee the management of office spaces, furniture services, and critical building systems, including building administration, furniture maintenance, workstation installations, and the supervision of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) infrastructure. Address inquiries about office services, products, and collect orders for office supplies, ensuring seamless provision. Manage employee business trips, including accommodations, flights, and rental cars, adhering to Bahri policies and procedures. Develop and maintain operational standards for cleaning, hospitality, catering, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for HVAC, electrical panels, and fire-fighting systems within Bahri facilities. Handle transportation-related services, including vehicle maintenance, fuel services, and GPS monitoring, ensuring smooth operations. Ensure well-maintained and accessible parking facilities for both staff and visitors. Manage warehousing and storage activities related to facilities management, asset tracking, and support services. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
