We are seeking a proactive and organised Hotel and Lettings Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting the lettings department by providing administrative assistance and ensuring a smooth process for out Hotel, landlords and tenants. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail, contributing to an efficient and customer-focused environment.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous administrative experience is essential, ideally within a property or lettings environment
  • Strong communication skills are required; the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels
  • Multilingual candidates are highly desirable to cater to our diverse clientele
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing the lettings process from initial enquiry through to tenancy commencement
  • Maintain accurate records of properties, tenants, and landlords within our database
  • Coordinate viewings and property inspections, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared
  • Handle tenant applications, referencing, and documentation with precision
  • Respond promptly to enquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing exceptional customer service
  • Liaise with landlords regarding property management issues and updates
  • Support the lettings team with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report generation
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies throughout the lettings process
