  • Preferraby Fili pi no
  • Knowledgeable in handling shipments/logistics work
  • Knowledge in Project Submittal Preparations and Project Document Control.
  • UAE Freshers are welcome to apply.
  • Experience in Glass Industry /Construction – Contracting Company is a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree
Responsibilities
  • Handling coordination and documentation of import and export shipments (Invoice, PL, COO, GCC/Arab League Certificate, Duty Exemption, MOFAIC etc.)
  • Application/Renewal of Business Import Code & other licenses related to Shipment
  • Handling Receptionist duties such as answering calls, assisting visitors etc.
  • Responding to email correspondences and forwarding them to the different departments
  • Client/Supplier Database Management
  • Document Control / Letter Preparations
  • Gate Pass applications and Project Induction
  • Employee Annual Tickets
  • Preparing material submittals, prequalification, TDS Submissions, ongoing project documents, etc.
