Responsibilities

WHAT’S INVOLVED WITH THIS ROLE:

We are seeking a professional, reliable, and highly organised Admin and Reception Officer to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for visitors and callers, and provides vital administrative support across the organisation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming calls and emails
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and room bookings
  • Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, and document preparation
  • Maintain accurate records and databases
  • Assist with internal communications and staff coordination
