JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant and to be able to serve and advise customers to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong office experience and administrative skills, providing essential support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This role requires proficiency in various computer applications, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven office experience with a strong emphasis on organisational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks is advantageous but not essential
  • Excellent typing skills with a keen eye for detail in data entry tasks
  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Previous administrative or clerical experience is preferred
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
