Description Administrative Assistant to Regional Director of Operations We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to support our Regional Director of Operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, contributing to the smooth functioning of daily operations and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the Regional Director of Operations on daily projects, reports, and analysis to support operational efficiency - Manage incoming tasks and requests from the RCM team related to billing, coding, and other administrative functions - Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and documentation for meetings and strategic planning - Assist in tracking project progress and follow-up on action items to ensure timely completion - Maintain organized records and files related to operations, billing, and coding activities Requirements Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar support role - Excellent organizational and time-management skills - Strong written and verbal communication abilities - Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with reporting tools - Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment - Knowledge of billing, coding, or healthcare operations is a plus
