We are looking for an employee who is interested in working in the financial sector for a growing company and industry, and work in a collaborative team environment. This Industry role has a variety of tasks, making the position varying and interesting.
This position is in office only.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Admin Duties: answering and redirecting emails, phones, organizing staff events, file management, other misc. admin duties
  • Assist in insurance documentation and collection of updated policies on current clients
  • Design Duties: Design ads and infographics on Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Create content and post on all Social media platforms
  • Use and incorporate on and off page SEO and similar methodologies
  • Other client outreach, such as contests, giveaways, and cards
  • Arrange marketing events such as home shows and tradeshows
  • Devise fundraising promotions and other advertising strategies
  • Receive and manage customer feedback and satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Fluent English
  • Strong Administrative abilities including reception
  • Microsoft applications
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience in creating written and visual content
  • Strong knowledge in social media platforms
  • Familiar with photoshop, illustrator, and Canva
  • Accurate and have good attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Ability to work independently, choosing and directing your own projects
