Atlantic Acura is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a temporary position for up to 8 weeks beginning August 5th, 2025.

We are seeking a friendly and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. As the first point of contact for our dealership, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional client service to all visitors and callers.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome visitors to the dealership in a warm and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or staff members.
  • Provide accounting support to the Controller.
  • Assist Sales Management with inventory related tasks, including motor vehicle paperwork.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry.
  • Assist with clerical support for various departments as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer and dealership information.
