We’re currently seeking a full-time Admin Assistant for our Culture Team in our West Jordan office! Duties include: Provide administrative support for executives Assist with answering phones, hosting guests, etc. as needed Participating in planning, organizing, and hosting company events Managing inventory of Supplies for the office and events Managing the AE SWAG, ordering and delivering Works closely with the Office Manager supporting Culture and events Requirements Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment Extremely organized and detail-oriented Self-motivated Able to maintain strict confidentiality in all circumstances Skilled in partnerships and teamwork Strong computer skills, including the Microsoft Office suite A positive attitude Compensation and Benefits: Hourly wage negotiable based on skill level and experience. Responsibilities
This role involves providing essential administrative support to executives, which includes managing phones and hosting guests as needed. The assistant will also be heavily involved in planning, organizing, and hosting company events while managing office supplies and company merchandise inventory.
