  • Perform general data entry, filing, and record-keeping tasks.
  • Handle documentation and support basic administrative processing tasks.
  • Handle PO/DO/Invoice including shipping documentations
  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring accurate and efficient document management.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director.
  • Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling inquiries. Coordinating with colleagues, and external parties.Any other ad-hoc duties.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum Nitec qualifications (Fresh Grad welcome)
  • Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • 5.5 days work week, alt Sat (8.30-5.30 / 8.30-12)
  • Start immediately
  • Basic Shipping experience (But not required)
