Description

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

  • Data entry, invoice processing, submit E-invoice, and reconciliation
  • Prepare and maintain documentation, filing, and reports.
  • Provide general support to sales team including preparing proposals & quotation & contract
  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Attend to call enquires, create new customer account, following up quotation with present and new customers
  • Prepare and manage documents using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • To perform any other ad hoc duties as and when being required

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Possess minimum ’N” or ’O’ or Higher Education
  • PC Literate
  • Good team player & possess initiative
  • Able to work independently, posses good multi-tasking skill
  • Adapt to fast pace environment
  • Prefer staying in West Area
  • 5 days work (Monday - Friday) from 08:00am - 17:45pm
