Contract Period: 16 June 2025 to 15 June 2026 with an option to extend the Contract for a further period of 1 year.

Working hours:

  • Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30am to 6:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
  • Fridays: 8:30am to 5:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
  • Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Scope of Services:

  • Manage reception duties
  • Schedule appointments and manage school calendars.
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos and reports
  • Assist in organising school events and activities
  • Handle procurement tasks
  • Liaise with teachers, students, and parents to address queries and concerns
  • Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed
  • Assist with data entry and database management
  • Support the admissions team during peak periods

Qualification Skill & Experience:
a) GCE ‘A’ Level qualifications or equivalent or Diploma
b) Minimum 3 years of administrative experience
c) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
d) Proficient in the use of Canv
