Responsibilities
  • Support the department manager with tasks related to plant activity including daily production reporting, inventories, Daily Production Wire, monthly KPR reporting, monthly scorecard, downtime reporting, data entry, inventory reconciliation.
  • Monitor accuracy of purchase orders and OPEX expense coding.
  • Support Procurement/Maintenance by tracking invoices.
  • Commodity accounting including check runs, EFT clearings, monitoring payments, and related duties.
  • Filing and document organization, as required.
  • Month end reporting tasks for administration and commercial group.
  • Provide office support through cross-training and vacation coverage.
  • Provide information for internal/external audits.
  • Complete miscellaneous report requirements and respond to ad hoc information requests.
  • May assist in coordinating off-site training, supplies, and travel.
  • Assist with special projects, as required.
