We have one part-time position based at County Hall. To work flexibly as part of a team to provide an efficient, effective and comprehensive county wide administrative business support service across A&C localities, maintaining a high quality responsive customer service for both internal and external customers. About You To apply for this post, you must: Have a NVQ 2 level qualification in a relevant subject or equivalent, or relevant experience Know the importance of customer service Know the importance of confidentiality Have worked in an administrative, financial secretarial setting (i.e. experience in routine clerical tasks including word processing, filing, photocopying, faxing, message taking, data input) Have used Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel Have experience in maintaining computer-based systems and manual record systems Have excellent communication skills (written & verbal) You must also have an understanding of, and commitment to, equal opportunities, and the ability to apply this to all situations.
