Responsibilities

Customer Service & Communication

  • Assist owners in the application of moving in/moving out, renovation request, booking of estate facilities, etc. and issue official receipts to owners for the financial transactions
  • Answer incoming call, assist in inquiries and concerns from the owners/tenants in a professional and timely manner.

Efficient Financial Recordkeeping

  • Keeping record of all financial transactions (maintenance fees, renovation deposit and other incomes) always and provide the financial transactions summary, invoices, official receipt, etc. to the Headquarters’ Accounts Department.

Procurement & Vendor Management

  • Put up purchase requests for all approved purchases for the necessary approvals and verify invoices for the raised purchases upon delivery of goods and services

Operational Support & Administrative

  • Provide full admin support to the team and department which performing data-entry, printing, filling, documentation, sorting & distributing mail, etc.
  • To maintain stock of stationery supplies and equipment maintenance record for the department
