ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with excellent data entry skills to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment, is organized, and can handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high levels of accuracy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Accurately enter and update data into internal systems and databases
  • Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems
  • Prepare and format reports, documents, and correspondence
  • Support day-to-day administrative operations (emails, scheduling, documentation)
  • Assist with compiling and analyzing data for reporting purposes
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely flow of information
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Perform other clerical duties as assigned
