We are now looking for a dedicated Admin Assistant to support our growing operations and help us continue building the “Alibaba of the Middle East.”
Responsibilities

As an Admin Assistant, your role will include:

  • Handling day-to-day administrative tasks and documentation.
  • Assisting the management team with scheduling, correspondence, and office organization.
  • Coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Preparing and maintaining reports, databases, and filing systems.
  • Supporting supplier and client onboarding processes on Abraa.com.
  • Managing phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Assisting in organizing company events, meetings, and presentations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort with online platforms.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and professional attitude.
