Job Title Admin Assistant Job Description Summary Job Description About the job: Provide admin support for Maintenance Helpdesk, Asset Management and Event co-ordination Manning of maintenance hotline, maintenance email account and web-based maintenance management system Ensure prompt respond to calls and emails Respond to fault/emergency calls and provide front line remedial actions and to activate respective contractors to carry out repair works Record all faults and work request of all nature reported by client/end users/contractors/staff Supervising the contractor for all work activities and closure to BFRs Liaising with end users for appointments to access offices space and other locations Escorting of contractors to carry out maintenance works Assist to compile daily, weekly and monthly reports for BM/ABM and clients To assist in other works as assigned by the BM/ABM/clients About you: Higher NITEC or ITC in Administration or approved equivalent trade certification with minimum 2 years relevant experience Good at Microsoft offices applications. Such as Excel and Word required. Experienced in working in Call-Center environment preferred Good communication skills Able to work independently as well as a team Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
