Job Responsibilities:

  • To provide secretarial and administrative support
  • To arrange and co-ordinate hotel accommodation, traveling schedules and visa applications
  • To co-ordinate related special project assigned and keep track of timeline to ensure timely execution to meet established deadlines
  • To maintain efficient filing and tracking systems
  • To handle daily office administration matters, including, operation / purchases, assist in generation of quotations, invoices, and monitor payments

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum ‘O’ level
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications
  • Knowledge in MYOB, an advantage
  • Good command of English
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Multi-tasking and ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure
  • Resourceful, Independent, Discreet, Good Interpersonal Skills and Work Disciplines
  • Flexible in hours available – when work is required to complete urgently, to stay on and complete it
