ADMIN ASSISTANT

Duncan Dodge is seeking a highly organized, self-motivated individual to join our team as the Admin Assistant. The ideal candidate is detail oriented and has a strong ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Diploma Accounting, or Business preferred, but not required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting administrative work preferred, but not required. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at one time
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to follow established processes and procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy of work
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
