About the role You’ll be providing dedicated administrative and operational support to a Principal Broker, assisting with the effective management and servicing of client accounts. You’ll play a key role in supporting day to day broking activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across all client deliverables. The position offers exposure to a professional corporate environment, with on the job learning and ongoing guidance within an established broking team. A Day in the Life Manage renewals, new business quotes, and overall account servicing (policies, endorsements, invoicing). Liaise with clients, insurers, underwriters, and internal teams to meet deadlines and support broking strategy. Maintain accurate documentation, systems, and processing through collaboration with the Gallagher Service Centre. Support debtor management, gather client information, and identify key issues. Continuously improve processes, stay updated through training, and uphold professional and ethical standards. Skills and experience 3+ experience in a similar client support / administration role Attention to detail Clear and effective in stakeholder communication Great time management and ability to prioritise to meet deadlines A proactive approach and commitment to client service excellence Tier 1 qualification is desirable or willingness to complete in first 6 months (Gallagher supported) What you’ll get We believe that high performance requires high support.
